This site was originally created to raise $4500 to build a safe, sturdy brick home for 11-year-old Aura Hernandez and her family in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

This website was created by Kristen Palana, Aura's sponsor through Children International. We have now successfully raised enough money for Aura's House and construction has begun in January 2005.
